Each inventory allows you to determine on a 1-5 scale how well the skills of a particular individual fit the competencies demanded of a that position in a start-up environment. Use for self assessment, to determine if a particular individual has the capabilities your organization needs, or as part of a process to collect 360-degree feedback within the organization.
